To
celebrate 35 years of the Firebird, Pontiac is launching the 2002 Trans
Am Collector Edition with special paint scheme and interior appointments, special
edition emblems and the WS6 performance and handling package. Just under 2,000
will be sold.

Offered in coupe or convertible forms with an exclusive ‘collector yellow’
paint scheme, the special edition features a special ‘screaming chicken’ graphic
package intended to be a contemporary update of the eye-catching bonnet designs
of the ’70s and ’80s Firebird and Trans Am models.
