DaimlerChrysler Services has announced several key executive appointments effective from August 1 within its North American operations.
Mark Manzo is appointed president and managing director – DaimlerChrysler Services Mexico reporting to Juergen Walker, president and CEO – DaimlerChrysler Services North America. Manzo will be responsible for all passenger car and commercial vehicle financial services activities in Mexico and he replaces Gerhard Gross who moves to managing director – DaimlerChrysler Services Spain.
Dietmar Exler, currently vice president – Chrysler brands marketing, replaces Manzo as vice president – customer service and collections, reporting to Walker. Exler will be responsible for organisational strategy development and operations for collections, customer service, vehicle remarketing and credit card services.
Kelly Mankin, currently chief operating officer for RouteOne LLC, will replace Exler, reporting to Klaus Entenmann, vice president – Chrysler Financial. Mankin will be responsible for the marketing activities of the Chrysler Financial brand in the US but will continue to play an active role in the launch and implementation of the RouteOne credit aggregation system for all Chrysler group dealers.
