Amerityre Corporation has recruited Gary Benninger as its chief operating officer. Benninger most recently was director of technology development at auto parts supplier Magna International.

Benninger has also been chief operating officer of the North American Operations of automotive interior systems supplier Becker Group and executive vice president of engineering and R&D and also worked for Ford as an engineering manager and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as a research scientist.
