Interiors specialist Lear Corporation has promoted chief financial officer David Wajsgras to executive vice president and appointed Ray Scott senior vice president and president of the North American customer group.


In his new role, Scott will be responsible for Lear’s North American-based customers on a global basis.


Joe Zimmer is now a senior vice president and president of the global seating systems product group. He will continue to oversee on a regional basis all activities in Europe.


Miguel Herrera-Lasso becomes senior vice president and president of the electrical & electronics systems product group, which he will continue to manage on a global basis.


Lou Salvatore is now a senior vice president and president of the global Asian customer group responsible for Asian OEM business globally.
