Visteon Corporation today announced that Visteon’s Ford Microelectronics, Inc. (FMI) design team will join Intel Corporation’s Wireless Computing and Communications Group (WCCG). In addition to hiring the design team, Intel has purchased certain assets associated with the development of FMI’s integrated circuit units.
