Hyundai Motor America has named Michelle Cervantez head of marketing.

She will be responsible for all Hyundai marketing and advertising in the United States and will report directly to the President and CEO.
Cervantez moves to Hyundai from Mercedes-Benz USA where she held a similar post. She has also served as head of marketing at Jaguar Cars North America.
Cervantez began her automotive career with Ford Motor Company where she held a variety of positions including regional field operations, customer service and export operations as well as marketing positions with the Ford and Lincoln Mercury brands.
