General Motors yesterday said it would close its Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly plant for a week from Monday.
Temporarily closing the plant that builds the Cadillac Seville and Buick LeSabre would affect 3,400 workers, GM said, adding that the move was part of an inventory adjustment.
