General Motors is recalling about 107,000 model year 2002-03 Buick Rendezvous vehicles to repair the rear liftgate because the structure around the latch reinforcement may fracture in a crash, causing the tailgate to open. All 2002 and some 2003 models are involved. Of the total, about 95,000 of the vehicles are in the US and approximately 12,000 are in Canada.
