General Motors has improved its US “Zero, Zero, Zero” incentive programme by offering 0% financing for up to 60 months (for qualified buyers) on a range of sport utility vehicles and $1,000 bonus cash on most other models. The deals apply to a slection of 2002 and 2003 model year vehicles.
