USA: GM do Brasil commences exports of Montana pick-up
The Latin America News Digest reports that the Brazilian subsidiary of GM has started exports of its Montana pick-up model in CKD form to South Africa.
The Latin America News Digest reports that the Brazilian subsidiary of GM has started exports of its Montana pick-up model in CKD form to South Africa.
General Motors expects the Montana pick-up sales to South Africa to reach some 15,000 units per year.
The Montana model, which is produced only in Brazil, is sold in the South African market with the brand name Corsa Utility. The local advertising campaign with a slogan “Work it”, outlines the model’s key attributes for the SA market.
The South African export models are RHD.
