Fritz Henderson will become president of GM Europe on June 1. Troy Clarke immediately becomes executive vice president, GM Asia Pacific, replacing Henderson. Both remain GM group vice presidents.
GM vice chairman Bob Lutz will be temporary GM Europe president while Henderson relocates to Zurich, Switzerland, in June. Lutz remains GM vice chairman of product development and chairman of GM North America.
