Wayne Killen has rejoined Mitsubishi Motors North America as vice president of marketing.


Killen returned after a 10-year career with Mercedes-Benz USA where he most recently served as Maybach brand manager. He was a product planner at Mitsubishi Motors from 1987-1989.


In his new position, Killen will report directly to David Schembri, executive vice president of sales & marketing, and will be responsible for advertising, brand experience marketing, product & marketing pr and product strategy.


Schembri said: “[Killen’s] innovative approach to marketing delivered excellent results for Maybach awareness and sales, and is a perfect fit with MMNA’s strategy of rebuilding our brand one model at a time.”
