Company sales analyst George Pipas confirmed Ford#;s first quarter North American production plan at 1.05 million vehicles and said it would build 1.18 million vehicles in the second quarter.
In 2001, Ford built produced 1.078 million vehicles in the first quarter and 1.13 million vehicles in the second quarter.
