Dealers
support General Motors’ recall of 6,000 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazers, GMC Envoys
and Oldsmobile Bravadas for possible serious steering problems, a national dealer
organisation said today.
"Along with NADA, the nation’s new car dealers applaud General Motors’
swift, preemptive action to recall and repair these vehicles," said National
Automobile Dealers Association public and regulatory affairs COO William Newman
in a statement.
"Their customers’ safety is a top priority; we are pleased that GM responded
