e-COUPONS to Provide Easy Savings for Automotive Dealerships and Their Customers

Carabunga.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Newgen Results Corporation (Nasdaq:NWGN), today disclosed details of a fast, convenient coupon publishing capability that is part of its new Web-based one-to-one marketing system. Named `e-COUPONS,’ the browser-based tool will enable automotive dealers to craft targeted coupons online for all departments within a dealership and for all dealership activity, including sales, service, and/or after-market products.

Expected to be available early in Q3, e-COUPONS will allow Carabunga.com subscribers to use an Internet browser to design tri-fold-style self-mailers. From the Web site, dealers will choose from an array of sample layouts, then add customized coupon text and manufacturer and dealer information and logos. The finished set of coupons can then be distributed by postal service, e-mail, or a combination thereof.

A 1999 study of new car buyers by R. L. Polk indicated that coupons for discounted service influenced 81 percent of new car buyers.

e-COUPONS will be accessible from www.carabunga.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet the demands of busy dealers. In addition to click-and-create efficiency, e-COUPONS will provide real-time reporting on the status of an e-COUPONS job as well as the response rate from the coupon mailing and the dealer’s return on investment.
