USA: All new Hyundai models to get standard satellite radio
Hyundai Motor America has claimed it will be the first automaker in the US to launch XM satellite radio as standard, factory-installed equipment in every new vehicle it sells.
Hyundai Motor America has claimed it will be the first automaker in the US to fit XM satellite radio as standard, factory-installed equipment in every new vehicle line it launches.
Starting in 2006, XM radios will be factory-installed in the Sonata, Santa Fe, Elantra, and the replacement for the current XG350 sedan. By year-end 2006, 75% of will be XM-equipped, with the remaining models following, totaling well over 500,000 units annually by 2007.
