Visteon Corporation’s modified disclosure statement connected with its reorganisation plan has finally been approved by bankruptcy court in Delaware after being held up by various creditor groups unhappy at the original terms.
The supplier said it would “promptly begin the process of soliciting approval of the plan from eligible stakeholders”.
The hearing to confirm the reorganisation plan is scheduled for 28 September.
