The less expensive system will just use one camera whereas the expensive system uses millimetre-wave radar sensors and multiple cameras.

By 2013, Nissan will add forward-sensing camera systems to its models.

It is also planning predictive forward-sensing and accelerator-suppression systems by 2013.
