Modine has announced that it has reached a tentative agreement to acquire the remaining 50% of Radiadores Visconde that it does not already own.

Radiadores Visconde generated approximately $US80m in revenues in its fiscal year ended 31 December, 2005.
In a statement, president and CEO David Rayburn said the move is part of the company’s goal to expand in lower cost countries.
