Interior systems supplier Lear Corporation has made a number of promotions of executives in finance and administration.


Daniel Ninivaggi is now executive vice president, secretary & general counsel and will serve as chief administrative officer responsible for strategic planning, tax, treasury, risk management and investor relations. He reports to chairman and chief executive officer Robert Rossiter.


Matthew Simoncini, vice president of global finance, and the company’s chief accounting officer, is promoted to senior vice president, operational finance. He will continue to report to CFO Jim Vandenberghe.


Eric Rasmussen, vice president of financial planning and analysis, is promoted to vice president of corporate development where he will manage Lear’s worldwide corporate development and strategic planning. He will report to Ninivaggi.
