The board of Johnson Controls has approved a 13% increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend, to US$0.18 per share from $0.16. The dividend is payable on 3 January.
The new annual dividend is $0.72 per share, up from $0.65. Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
