A Dow Jones report said the Troy, Michigan, manufacturer and supplier of full-line aftermarket exhaust products sold off its Loudon, Tenn, and Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, operation to International Muffler of Schulenburg, Texas, for an undisclosed amount.
A company representative told Dow Jones the 500 affected employees would now work for International Muffler.
