Mercedes-Benz has revealed a facelifted version of its GLC Coupe.

Among the updates to the sporty SUV are a new engine line-up featuring diesel engines that comply with the new Real Driving Emissions 2 standard, meaning they won’t incur the 4% BIK tax surcharge levied on diesel company cars.

Two diesel engines are on offer, producing 194hp and 245hp, and there is also a 258hp petrol, which comes with 48V mild-hybrid technology.

All engines come with four-wheel drive.

Provisional fuel economy figures are between 51.4mpg and 54.3mpg for the 194hp diesel, 48.7mpg for the 245hp diesel, and between 38.2mpg and 39.8mpg for the petrol, while provisional CO2 emissions figures are between 145g/km and 137g/km, between 153g/km and 151g/km, and between 169g/km and 161g/km respectively.

Exterior design tweaks with the updated GLC Coupe include a new radiator grille and revised rear diffuser, while inside there is a new centre console design and a new steering wheel.
