Automotive companies in Wales are being invited to enter the Technology Wales Awards in May for the first time, writes Robin Roberts.
Designed to showcase the best examples of technology in Wales, the event culminates in a dinner and presentation evening hosted by television personality Fiona Bruce at the Celtic Manor Resort on 28 May.
This year, the Welsh Automotive Forum is backing an award for the best use of technology in the automotive sector in Wales to improve processes, reduce costs and ultimately increase profitability.
Drawing a list of key participants and speakers from many of the world’s leading blue-chip companies and organisations including Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Macromedia, The New York Stock Exchange, and The Institute of Nanotechnology in Glasgow, the awards event and conference means companies and organisations must act with the closing date for entries of 1 March.
Further information on the awards is at www.technologywales.co.uk.
