Renault Retail Group has named Andrew Hatfield buildings and facilities manager for 22 branches around the UK to oversee a multi-million pound series of refurbishment and new build projects planned for the next two years.

Hatfield has moved from an airline and will be controlling procurement processes, contracts and health and safety buildings matters for the manufacturer-owned group of dealers, whose dealerships are based in major cities around the UK.

“The retail group’s showrooms and workshops represent great value for money when compared to airport-related projects,” he noted.

The retail group’s largest refurbishment project to date – the £1.75 million rebuilding of Renault Birmingham – was recently successfully completed, and will be followed shortly by the refurbishment of the group’s Wolverhampton dealership.
