Shaw has over a decade’s motor industry experience and moved from Nissan Motor (GB) where he was finance manager. He was previously finance director of Aprite (GB), Nissan’s wholly owned retail group.


Hatfield has worked in the industry for over 24 years in sales, marketing and operations management.  He was most recently at Fiat Auto (UK) where his posts ranged from fleet sales director to commercial vehicle and used car sales director. He was most recently logistics and supply chain director responsible for all sales forecasting and production planning.
