Fiat Auto SpA has re-organised its Fiat Auto (UK) affiliate to reflect the changes already introduced at its Italian headquarters.

The UK operation is now divided into autonomous business units for the Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands.
Former managing director Jim Blades is a casualty of the new structure and, according to a company statement, “will leave his position… to continue his career outside of Fiat Auto”.
Massimo Toso, 44, replaced Blades on 1 August, and is taking personal responsibility for the Fiat/Commercial Vehicle business unit.
