Despite BMW’s choice to launch the new Mini at the Paris Motor Show last month, the Mini will be made in Oxford, England. Talking to’s editorial team, Vollath told that BMW recognises the history of the Mini and its heritage in the UK and is sure it “will be a success in the UK due to the fact that Mini is British and just about everyone working on it is British as well.”

Vollath tells about the changes to the car, the marketing and advertising planned, who will buy it and where it is expected to be successful.
