Major expansion of just-auto.com, the auto industry’s leading B2B knowledge Web portal, is planned following a management buyout by the site operator – just.sites.com. The $3 million MBO, via 3i, positions just-sites.com for rapid growth and a possible future IPO.

just-auto.com (https://www.just-auto.com) is the premier free online source of B2B knowledge for the automotive industry. Launched in March, 1999, it serves thousands of industry professionals with exclusive material from such partners as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte & Touche and the Economist Intelligence Unit, as well as its own high quality content.

Managing editor of just-auto.com is David Leggett, a leading automotive industry analyst, research specialist and journalist. He was formerly with the Economist Intelligence Unit where, as director of automotive forecasting, he played a key role in the integration and development of automotive data to the EIU’s electronic product portfolio.
