Mitsubishi Motors vehicle assembly in Thailand will be temporarily halted at least until 31 October, the automaker said.

Production at the Laem Chabang plant on the night shift stopped from 13 October to 22 October 22 (some models were produced until 19 October.

MMC said local parts supply “remains uncertain at this time due to continuing effects of the flooding on local parts manufacturers” and has now extended the halt to 22 October.

It will decide later on a 31 October restart.
