Scania is using Porsche Engineering Group for help with developing and building new truck cabs.
The Porsche unit contributes material analysis and structural testing, as well as design of production equipment and logistics.
“We will develop a cab frame together that is optimised for Scania’s requirements on styling and functionality, as well as for rational production,” said Scania research, development and purchasing chief Per Hallberg.
