Stellantis has announced organisational restructuring to enhance local decision-making capabilities while maintaining global coordination.
This move aims to strike the “right balance” between regional autonomy and global responsibilities, expediting decision-making and execution processes.
Software activities are now integrated into the Product Development & Technology organisation, headed by Ned Curic.
This integration aims to streamline the development and launch of innovative products and services across all Stellantis brands and markets.
Antonio Filosa, in addition to his role as COO of America’s Regions, will also oversee the global leadership of Quality, a key aspect of Stellantis’ “promise” to customers.
The company has also merged its Corporate Affairs and Communications divisions under the leadership of Clara Ingen-Housz to enhance stakeholder engagement.
