Stellantis’ German/UK unit has promoted Vauxhall Motors managing director Stephen Norman to senior vice president of sales, aftersales and marketing at parent unit Opel/Vauxhall in Frankfurt, Germany. He replaces Xavier Duchemin who will “take over other responsibilities” within the newly merged companies, the automaker said in a statement.

Paul Willcox was named managing director of Vauxhall.

“I am delighted to continue working with these experienced managers in the future. We will keep on developing the business and success of the Opel and Vauxhall brands,” said CEO Michael Lohscheller.

Norman has been Vauxhall MD since February 2018. He joined PSA in May 2014 as chief marketing officer and was appointed SVP, chief sales and marketing officer in 2016. He has held management positions at Renault, Fiat and Volkswagen with a strong focus on sales & marketing.

Willcox has headed Eurasia since July 2019. He earlier held various senior management positions in the automotive industry at Nissan and VW Group.
