New car sales in Spain fell 5% year-on-year in March to 120,836 units, Reuters reported, citing figures from the National Carmakers’ Association ANFAC.
Four-wheel-drive sales climbed 8.8% to 6,526 units, Reuters said, citing an ANFAC statement.
In the first three months of the year, new car sales slipped 5.7% over the first quarter of 2002 to 309,794 units. Four-wheel drive sales rose 7.6% to 18,324 units.
