Samsung Commercial Vehicle is back selling vehicle parts for the first time since December. It was declared bankrupt eight weeks ago. The Commerce, Industry and Energy ministry asked Taegu district court to allow the company to sell components to satisfy replacement demand from an estimated 20,000 customers.

The Commerce, Industry and Energy ministry asked Taegu district court to allow
the company to sell components to satisfy replacement demand from an estimated
20,000 customers.
With the court’s approval, Hanseo Precision Industry, operated by managers
from Samsung Commercial Vehicle, signed an agreement with the bankrupt company
to provide after-sales support for customers.
