Russian investment bank Troika Dialogue is set to acquire a further 12.5% stake in KAMAZ, the daily Kommersant newspaper has reported.

After the acquisition of the stake from the Republic of Tatarstan, Troika will become the controlling shareholder in KAMAZ, the newspaper said. Troika already has a 51% stake in the company.
The bank will look for a Western truck maker to become a strategic investor in the company, the newspaper added.
