Russian automotive operator SOK Group has sold most of its component business although details of the purchaser remain undisclosed.
Media reports from Russia indicate SOK Group has disposed of its stake in VAZ-Trust – a conglomerate that includes VAZinterServis, Motor-Super, OSVAR, AVTOSVET, Komplekt-LTD and VolgoPromMarket Trading House.
No financial details have been divulged, but the SOK Group has been in discussions to sell its component operation since 2008 add the reports.
