Renault plans to start building a new version of the Logan car at its Avtoframos plant in Moscow some time in late 2009 or early 2010, Antoine Zeiger, the logistics project manager of Renault Russia, said at an industry conference.

Renault also plans to double its output in Russia to 160,000 units per year from 80,000 cars in 2007, Prime-Tass reported.
Avtoframos is a joint venture between the Moscow city government and Renault.
