AvtoVAZ is expected to sell 580,000 cars in 2010 compared to 320,000 cars in 2009, leading to the turn around, Artyakov said. AvtoVAZ’s net loss widened to RUB38.5bn in 2009 from RUB6.7bn in 2008, the company said earlier.
