PSA has appointed Xavier Peugeot as Light Commercial Vehicles Business Unit SVP.

Peugeot will report to PSA Manufacturing & Supply Chain EVP, Yann Vincent.

Peugeot previously held the position of SVP, Product & Strategy at Citroen working for Citroën CEO, Linda Jackson.

The Light Commercial Vehicles Business Unit was created in 2015 to strengthen the Group’s European role in LCVs and expand internationally with the Peugeot, Citroën and Opel brands.

In his new position, Peugeot will be responsible for stepping up growth in Europe and the Group’s international development, in particular through an extended and refreshed line up of vehicles.

A one ton pick-up will expand the Group’s portfoilo by 2021 and an electrified offering will be added to all its vehicle ranges by 2025.
