PSA has appointed Lucie Vigier as head of Corporate Finance and Treasury reporting to Jean Baptiste de Chatillon, CFO and member of the managing board.
Vigier joined PSA in 1990 and was previously appointed head of Corporate Finance in 2012.
She contributed to the Back in the Race plan through major disposals (CITER, GEFCO, SCEMM, PMTC), as well as Push to Pass, through acquisitions in new businesses regarding mobility and other activities (JV implementations with SAIPA, Nidec, Eysa, acquisitions of Mister Auto, Aramis auto, Travelcar, Autobiz, Free2move, AutoAvaliar).
In the new position, Vigier will also be in charge of relations with banks as well as all financing activities for PSA.
She succeeds Laurent Fabre, who becomes public affairs officer for France.
The move marks a period of frenetic management from PSA, which also appointed Albéric Chopelin as SVP chief sales and marketing officer last week.
