World Transport Authority Inc. (OTC BB: WTAI – news; POH: Frankfurt) (WTA) is pleased to announce that China has received the first shipment of WorldStar vehicles to be utilized for pre-marketing purposes.
With this accomplishment, WTA plays a key role in the Philippines WorldStar factory becoming the first automobile producing company in that country to export cars. In addition, further exports are planned to Canada and African countries.
China’s $40 million agreement with WTA is equivalent to a projected $900 million in revenue, which involves the construction of more than 100,000 vehicles annually. The arrival of these vehicles in China will commence the sales, marketing and order procedure to meet the expected revenue target.
“We are thrilled that David Yue, director of WTA, has been treated with honor and respect by the Chinese parties. This creates a rapid entry to conduct business in this country,” said Lyle Wardrop, CEO and president of WTA. “And again we’re appreciative of Mr. Yue’s efforts to move the business forward to this productive stage in the huge market of China.”
World Transport Authority Inc. serves the emerging world’s transportation needs through in-country manufacturing facilities, utilizing local semi-skilled labor to produce the WorldStar(TM) line of utility vehicles.
