October saw little change in Western Europe’s diesel share versus September

Diesel's underlying share of Western Europe's car market is declining - but very slowly - and was slightly up in October

Diesel share rose to a provisional 14.6% of new car sales in the region in October (rise is versus September), a figure that is unlikely to change much if at all on receipt of data from a few missing markets. This is a slight increase over September’s confirmed 14.2%.
