Mahindra & Mahindra has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with NXP Semiconductors to use the supplier’s products for future EVs and connected vehicles.
They’ll be used for utility and light commercial vehicles, farm equipment and tractors.

NXP will sell Mahindra zonal and domain controllers, electrification technology, vehicle networks, and secure car access systems.
Mahindra will also access NXP Tier 1 suppliers, module vendors and integrators.
The automaker said this would include smart home and industrial sectors.
