
Nissan has appointed Diana Torres managing director of NMGB, heading sales and marketing operations in the automaker’s largest European market.
From 1 April, she will be based at the Maple Cross head office in Rickmansworth, near London, reporting to Mayra Gonzales, divisional VP marketing & sales Europe.
In her decade with Nissan, Torres held global, regional and market positions including heading marketing and sales finance at Nissan North America, CFO of Nissan Mexicana, and MD of Nissan Importer Business in Latin America, responsible for 34 markets.
Priot to Nissan, she held various positions in aviation and banking, primarily in Europe.
Torres succeeds Andrew Humberstone who takes on a new post as MD Nissan Oceania.
NMGB also named Nicolas Belaud as aftersales director.

He came from Nissan Motors Thailand where, from 2020, he headed aftersales and now takes over from Chris Marsh, newly appointed director, aftersales importers and services repairs for the AMIEO region.
He’s had 20 years with Nissan and Renault. His recent roles include two years as general manager aftersales where he covered sales planning and marketing for Asia Pacific.
