Ford says it will reveal an ‘all-new global vehicle’ at the New Delhi Auto Expo in January. The company has issued one teaser image, which appears to confirm rumours that the model will be a concept version of the EcoSport replacement.

According to Ford’s advance media information, the vehicle will be a global product that has been designed to expand the brand’s product range in the world’s fastest-growing markets, including India. The unnamed new vehicle will be the second of eight products Ford plans to bring to India by mid-decade.

Other vehicles that have been confirmed as world premieres for the 5 January press preview day will be the Renault Pulse, the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and a Suzuki SUV concept. A long-overdue facelift for the Fiat Linea is also thought to be scheduled for an unveiling in New Delhi.
