Mexico – third-quarter retail auto sales increased 33.4 % yr on yr for this period, to 592,395 units, the Mexican Automotive Industry Association (AMIA, as a Spanish acronym) has reported.
September sales (69, 432 units) were the highest for the month since 1994, and up 2.9 percent from the month before.

General Motors had the highest retail sales in the third quarter, with 153,121 units, followed by Nissan, Volkswagen, Ford and Chrysler.
