Honda is recalling about 99,000 minivans made in Japan after discovering a computer fault.

The Odyssey and Stream vehicles were produced between 2004 and 2005 but Honda UK has confirmed that the recall will not affect any minivans sold new outside Japan.

Honda identified a computer problem, which could cause the failure of a pump, which is supposed to transmit oil to the minivans’ continually variable transmissions (CVT).

It will repair the defect free of charge.
