Fiat SpA has appointed Camillo Rossotto group treasurer in the latest management shake-up under CEO Sergio Marchionne.
Rossotto will replace Maurizio Francescatti who has announced his decision to leave Fiat, the company said in a statement cited by Reuters.
Fiat said in January it had named chief technical officer Harald Wester head of its struggling Alfa Romeo brand and, only a few days ago, Chrysler named Laura Soave to head the Fiat brand for North America.
