Fiat Chrysler plans to sell Ferrari’s shares by June. In the first half of 2015, only 10% of the holding will be listed in the US to raise US$5bn. The company also plans to finish a draft of the filing by the first quarter of 2015.
Ferrari vice chairman Piero Ferrari holds 10% shares of the company, while the remaining 80% will be distributed to the company’s shareholders, Bloomberg reported.

Ferrari may also issue bonds, which will be sold before the spinoff and after a cash transfer between Fiat and Ferrari.
